Google Home mini jeopardy

I'm playing Jeopardy on the Google mini home and it asked me would you like to start your free trial. I say yes then it responds Jeopardy is not responding.??? Need help

The Jeopardy action is developed by Sony Pictures and not Google.

paid for the premium subscription and every time I iron jeopardy it asks if I’d like to start a free trial and won’t let me play… card is being charged the $6.99. Very frustrating.

Biggins, try accessing your Jeopardy account on a web browser to get the free trial. 

 

Waistrotation, make sure your Google Home and Google Assistant apps are updated. Also, please try to contact Jeopardy support for additional assistance.

Yes the issue is still happening. Tried everything, factory reset the google home and it still won’t let me play jeopardy. Paying for the subscription and can’t even play.

I also have this issue, have contact Ted Sony and heard nothing back.  Is there no help other than 'ask Sony' available?

Please note that we have very limited access or support with Google Assistant partners like Jeopardy. It's best to report this with their support team for better assistance. I also suggest that you send feedback using your devices by saying, "Hey Google, send feedback," or by following the steps on this link

Why would you lock the thread if the problem is still occurring? I would please keep this open u til our issue is resolved.

Yes, I have:

contacted their support through 2 different methods

reset my google nest device downstairs

tries e same upstairs

 

rhe nest claims jeopardy isn't responding -- is there no diagnostics available beyond this support channel?  What is the jeopardy service behind the scenes?  How can we verify it's up outside of the nest device -- or is there a service status indicator somewhere?  Are there no other steps to try?  Is there no way to escalate beyond this community forum?

Thanks for responding. Other entertainment services are working as we tried it here, however, on specific service like Jeopardy, we'll need to refer back to its developer. In addition to this, sending feedback would also help.
