Hey Vistula,

I'm glad you reached out! Polska language is available on the Google Home Mini. To set your device language to Polska, please follow the steps below:

1. Open the Google Home app.
2. At the top-right, tap the Account icon.
3. Tap Assistant settings > Languages.
4. Tap English (United States) or whatever language is currently selected. 
   Note: By default, the language is set based on the customer's region.
5. Choose the preferred language to use instead. It will immediately apply the selection.
