Google Home can’t be found on app. does not listen, make any sound, or even show that it’s listening. Touching the touch pad does nothing. I’ve tried to reboot by unplugging for a minute and it didn’t work. I then tried to factory reset with the mute button for 15 seconds and it also didn’t work. Tried unplugging and plugging back in 10 times as suggested to factory reset, made a sound finally and still was not able to find, tried again and now it’s back to making no sound.
