Hello, I have a Google Home speaker and a Google Home mini (1st Gen) and cannot re-activate them with my Pixel 4a and Android 13. Has anyone being able to use the Google Home app to activate any device recently? My experience has been that after resetting both speakers to factory setting and got the latest update of the Google Home app in my pixel 4a, I noticed that both the Google Home speaker and the mini one connected to the same wi-fi network as my phone. However, at the end, the Google Home app reported that they have been activated but could not be found. This is incredible but it happened to me and now I basically have two Google devices that are useless. How long will Google subject users like me to this lack of support? The Google Home app is broken under Android 13 and I am not the only one reporting this as far as I can tell. Google, if you are reading this, I might not be the most import customer in your list but I am a customer who needs support now. The sad part on all of this is that many of us have been pushed Android 13 (no choice to opt out) and now we have broken devices all over because of a faulty OS update. Help!!

Hey there,
Thanks for providing those steps, RachelGomez123!
SuperRunner, that certainly not the experience we want you to have — let's see what's going on.
Were there any recent changes on your network? Have you tried using a different phone? Try rebooting your Google Nest speakers and router to refresh the connection. Also, toggle the Wi-Fi settings on your phone off/on.
Keep us posted.
Best,
Alex
