Google Hub Generation 2

Google hub 2 is working extremely slow!! And all he can say for an answer to questions is “I don’t know!!!” Am I missing something here.

I know how it feels when your Google Nest Hub (2nd gen) is not working the way it should. Help is here! A few questions: when did the issue start? How far is your device from your router? What is the firmware version of your device? Also, please send us a recording on what's happening so we can take a closer look.
