I can't view my Hub Max camera on my Hub Max, it says "connecting", the goes to an error saying "actually office display does not support that feature"
But, it does allow me to view my nest outdoor camera on the Hub Max, just not the internal Max Hub cam

We can't view ourselves on our Nest Hub Max using the camera in the Nest Hub Max either. My guess is that's deliberate. How many customers would need that capability versus the extra effort to make it possible?

I have tried EVERYTHING! Rebooting, uninstalling, resetting and I still can’t get my nestcam on hub to work!!! We just bought yesterday and seriously thinking about returning it 😞

Why are you suggesting that @MattyJ return their Nest Hub Max? The Nest Hub Max is simply not designed to use its built-in camera to view oneself on the Nest Hub Max's screen. My guess is that there's no use case for it. How would you, for example, avoid audio feedback between the camera's microphone and the Hub's speaker?
