Google Nest - 2 lights staying on - tried rebooting

I saw a couple of other threads with the same issue and they were told to unplug it, wait 10 seconds, and then plug it back in and do this 11 times.  I tried that.  Still not working.  I also tried to factory reset it by pressing the area in the middle between the two corners and still won't respond.  I did it with the mic off and on.  Still frozen.  Not sure what else to do.  The unit is not even a year old yet (bought it April 2021).
