Google Nest Audio home 2 solid white dots

Hi all,
My google home speaker shows 2 solid white dots.
Impossible to connect through google home. (Offline family room speaker)

Tried to switch it on/off, not working

Tried to plug and unplug,  not working

Tried to do a factory reset, not answering

Hi Giuseppe71,

Thanks for posting and for being a step ahead of us.

This is not the experience that we wanted you to have, let me help you out. A few things: when you switch the mic to off/on does it respond? When you plug it into a working power outlet does it go to 2 solid white lights right away? Does it still respond to any voice command?

Hi Juni,

Nothing, really nothing worked.
At the end my solution was, "let's unplugged it and let the battery dye."
After 3 days, when I saw the 2 dots finally off, I plugged in again.
It re-started, and now it's working normally.
Happy that everything end up well, but that was a really strange behaviour.
