Hello, my Google Nest Audio stopped working, gone completely dead. It's about 2 years old, has worked flawlessly so far, has not been dropped and we did not have a power surge or outage. It simple stopped working after the last use, and did not turn on again. I live in France. So far, having read several other threads on this topic, I have tried the following:
- Connected another nest Audio to the same plug and that works fine, so we can rule out a defective socket or power cable
- To be sure, I also connected the defective device to the power cable of the one that works, with no result, confirming the above: it's the device itself that's faulty
- Kept the device unplugged for several hours, to be sure it is discharged, but with no result
- Switched the mic off, so the orange tab is visible, then tried to do a hard reset, but the device is not responding at all, no lights, no sounds, nothing.
The case ID is ####### #### ###
Thanks
