Google Nest HUB non funzionano le chiamate con Tim

Ciao, non riesco né a chiamare né a ricevere telefonate con Google Nest Hub. Quando avvio la chiamata lo schermo diventa nero e poi si ha messaggio di errore.

Ho contattato l'assistenza Google e mi hanno detto che è un problema noto e stanno lavorando per risolvere ma persiste da molto tempo.

Da quanto ho potuto capire sembra che il problema si presenti solo su Google Nest Hub di prima generazione.

Qualcuno riscontra lo stesso problema?

Hi Mimmi,

 

Apologies for the late response and what you're experiencing with your Google Nest Hub right now. 

 

Could you please tell us what type of calls are you trying to do? Is it a regular call or a Google Duo calls? Based on what you mentioned, the screen goes black as soon as you tried and gives you an error message. What's the exact error message are you getting?

 

Lastly, can you check the firmware version of your Google Nest Hub? Swipe up the display, click on "Settings" icon, select "About device" and look for "Software Version".

Succede anche a me da diverse settimane. Ho lo stesso google nest hub su linea TIM e il firmware è aggiornato. Sarò grato se qualcuno conosce la soluzione. Ciao

contatta l'assistenza google nest via telefono e segui le istruzioni che ti diranno, devi inviare il feedback e fare la segnalazione del problema sia con l'operatore che con il dispositivo

dopo una settimana mi hanno risolto il problema con un aggiornamento automatico ora funziona senza problemi!

devi fare la richiesta qui nella sezione assistenza via telefono e ti chiamano loro subito!

@evamos90 - I appreciate you updating us about the status of your Google Nest display and I'm glad that it's already working.

 

@mario1957 - Could you please provide us the cast firmware version of your Google Nest display so we can further check here.

 

To check the firmware version:

  1. Make sure the mobile device is connected to the same Wi-Fi or linked to the same account as the Google Nest or Home device.
  2. Open the Google Home app .
  3. Tap the device card of the preferred speaker or display.
  4. At the top-right, tap Settings Settings and then Device information.
  5. Under Technical information, find Cast firmware:X.XXX.XXXXX.
