My Google Nest/Home Devices Plays NPR Station In Kansas City, I Am In Austin Texas. My location is set correctly in Google home.

The is when say "Hey Google play NPR." Google responses "OK, playing KCMP from NPR." The issue is I live in Austin, TX. Where, why, how does google think I am in KC? How do I change this.

I have the same issue (doesn’t happen every time, but often enough that’s it irritating)

It looks like KCMP is a station of Minnesota Public Radio (MPR). My guess is google confuses the “N” and “M” pronunciation and thinks I’m saying “play MPR” instead of “play NPR” sometimes.
