Hi i purchased my google nest hub 2 on Jun 2023 and as of today, it has now shown a black screen on 3/4 of the display while remaining a quarter to be functional. It has always been fixated on a stationery position on my counter top since the day of the receiving the item and permanently plugged in. Appreciate your assistance. Thank you.

A few questions: was the device dropped or knocked over? Is the display's assistant working? What are the troubleshooting steps you've already tried?
