Hey, just got the Google Nest Hub 2nd Gen and on the first set up it first states that it Can't connect to wifi. I've done all the fixes that have been suggested in other threads but nothing seems to work.
I've tried:
- Restarting the Router
- Restarting the Hub
- Restarting the Google Home app
- Turning off data
Something I noticed was that when the Hub shows up in the wifi area of my iPhone, it shows as "Family Room display.20CE.ync, ". In other threads, it states it should show "GoogleHomeXXXX" with XXXX being a random number.
Any help? Cheers

Managed to fix the issue.
did a Factory Data Reset, by muting the device and then holding down both sound buttons for 10 seconds. Fixed the issue and managed to link everything fine.
Ngl the software is pretty glitchy considering its google, and can't believe this simple fix isn't common knowledge on this website but at least it's working now.
Hope this helps anyone else out in the future.

General troubleshooting
Step 1. Reboot the following devices:
Wi-Fi router
Unplug the power source for ~1 minute and plug back in.
Note for Netgear Nighthawk users: If you're unable to set up using the Netgear Nighthawk router, then you may need to:
Disable Access Control
Enable the option "Allow guests to see each other and access my local network" in the "Guest Network Setup"
Speaker or display
Disconnect the power cable from the speaker or display.
Reconnect power cable back into the speaker or display.
Step 2. Turn Wi-Fi on and off on the mobile setup device
Step 3. If you have a dual band router, try to set up your speaker or display on both the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands
This may help you,
