Our Google Nest Hub and Nest Hub Max both stopped working all of a sudden. The Nest Hub only shows the Art Gallery photos now and when I choose the Google Photos option I get a "Couldn't connect" error message. I have tried everything, rebooting our wifi, unplugging the Google Nest Hub and even resetting the Nest Hub to factory settings. Nothing has worked. This is getting very frustrating.
With our Google Nest Hub Max, it at least still is showing our photos, but when I try to Edit Photo Frame I get the same error message "Couldn't connect". I have unplugged this device as well but it hasn't resolved the problem.

Hi Debora, I appreciate you reaching out to me to offer your help. For whatever reason my issue has resolved itself, maybe the things I did just took time to go into effect, I don't know. Anyway, all is good so thanks again.
