Google Nest Hub Max Died

I've had my Nest Hub Max for a little over a year (15 months).  Today I woke up to it being off. I tried multiple plugging it back in and out and nothing.  I also tried holding down the volume buttons together for 10 sec.  Still nothing.  Is there anything I can do?

Hi joebulleit,

Thanks for reaching out.

Sorry to hear about what's happening with your Google Nest Hub Max. A few things I'd like to verify -- are you using its original power cable that comes with your Google Nest Hub Max? Also, are there other Hub Max where we can try its cable so we can check if this is an issue with the device itself or just the power cable?

Keep me posted.

Best,

Princess

Hi joebulleit,

Thnaks for info.

If the speaker is not turning on anymore, it means that the device needs a replacement. May I know what country are you in so we can check your warranty options?

Best,

Princess

Hello Princess.  I live in the US.  I purchased the Nest Hub Max in late January 2021.

Thank You.

Hi joebulleit,

Thanks for the info. Apparently, warranty in the US and Canada is only 1 year from the date you purchased the device. To check your our warranty policy, you may visit this link as your reference.

Thanks for your reply Princess.  I am using the original power cord.  Unfortunately I have no other Nest Hub Max so therefore, no other cord to try.  I have a a Google Home and was hoping I might try that one, but the cords are not interchangeable.
