Google Nest Hub Max - all lights in one group

LesO

OK I have a Nest Hub Max, a Google Home hub and a Lenovo clock all of which until this weekend controlled 7 - Cync by GE bulbs and 5 - Cree smart bulbs. I was able to set up routines for each one and several together. I was also able to control each bulb form any of the hubs/devices.  For some reason, the 12 bulbs are now all grouped as one. I cannot see them or using them individually on the hub screens. Any ideas please?

I also lost the way to sync the three devices together should i need to do so. Thanks

Hello LesO,

Thanks for reaching out. We'd love to help.

If you haven't already, try to unlink and relink your Cync and Cree smart light bulbs. If the issue persists, you may rename the devices and add 'switch' or 'plug' to them so they won't be grouped together.

Let me know if this helps.

Cheers,
Lovely

Hi there LesO,

Have you tried the steps suggested above? Let me know if that did the trick or not, so we can try something else.

Cheers,
Lovely
