Spoke with Google four times under Case ID [7-7926000032698] Absolutely did not help. I submitted pictures, confirmed the adapter worked, tried touble shooting, etc...
All I did was unplug my Google Nest Hub Max for a week and it will not turn back on. Anyone else with this issue? I strongly suspect Google has a software gliche. My unit is less than two years old. I checked the adapter and it is delivering appropriate voltage. I also know the wall outlet has power and holding the up and down volume buttons for reset does nothing.
Please help. Someone out there must know what is going on and how to fix. Google has declined to help.

I still need help. Google has left me hung out to dry and I can find no one at the company willing to get my device working again. All this because it is 4 months or so outside of the measly one year warranty.

I literally just unboxed my Hub Nest Max today. Plugged into three separate known good outlets with the provided plug. It won’t even turn on. Fail.
