Google Nest Hub is not turning on and only shows the Google logo for few seconds.

I have bought the Google Nest Hub from U.S. and it was working fine until I face the issue with network connectivity. When I tried to reset the device, it got switched off and now whenever I am connecting with the power cord the device turns on and off automatically every 5 secs. When the device turns on it only shows the google logo. I tried resetting the device again and it didn’t work.

Are there any service centers for Google Nest Hub in India where I can get it repaired?

the device is out of warranty

Hi Jayesh2401,

 

I know how it feels when something isn’t working the way it should. We don’t have service centers yet in India, but let’s further look into this.

 

Are you still using the official power cord that came with your Google Nest Hub 2nd gen? Have you tried to plug it into a different power outlet? Try to put your Google Nest Hub 2nd gen into recovery mode: while unplugged, press and hold the volume up and down buttons, then plug back in the power cord. Release the buttons once the display turns on.
