Hi everyone,
After setting up a new Google Nest Hub 2 device it only displays a white screen after pressing the "Rooms" tab (under the category "Smart Home Control"). The display remains around 30 seconds white and then is turning back and showing the "Room" tab again.
The Google Home App on my iPhone shows all devices and rooms correct. The voice control with the Google Nest Hub is working properly, too, when I am telling to play something in a specific room or group.
I have no idea what I can do to set this up properly and I hope someone here could solve this problem.
Thanks!

I removed the Device from my Home app. Then factory reset the display. Once it was reset, I added it back to the home app as if it were new. It is back to working normally, showing the rooms, lights, etc. Hope this helped!

Thanks for letting us know. Can you please tell us if this set up does remain or if it disappears over night?

The problem was resolved! The "Rooms" display under "Home Control" has returned to normal showing my thermostat, rooms, etc. The fix was made 3 days ago and still remains resolved. The only major inconvenience was reteaching the display my younger children's voices again.
