I found multiple other threads on this with no resolution.
Starting a couple weeks ago, my Nest Hub will turn on its screen at full brightness in the middle of the night. Sometimes it seems like it could be that I moved slightly, other times no movement.
Any solutions to this?

Hi there,
Google Nest and Google Home speakers and displays can sometimes reboot during the night (least used time) for general system efficiency.

If that's the case, then they need to stop them from flashing the screen on when they do that. These units are sold as great bedside devices and they specifically fail at that if they are waking me up with a bright screen.

Hi again,
I have noticed this behavior with all my Google Home/Nest devices and Chromecast devices.

yeah, only happening on Lenovo devices for me
I have a Google display and that has all the features, and control works well, night mode stays on etc
the Lenovo smart clock and display both have less features now that previously? and night mode just wont turn on
Ive sent Feedback as well

Hey folks,
Cathal_S appreciate the help!
We apologize for the trouble this may have caused you. Could you provide us the cast firmware version and System Operating System of your Google Nest Hub? Also, you can try setting up Schedule Night mode on your display. Also, resetting your device might help too.
Best,
Alex

Because of this, I stopped using the device for the sleep sensing and I unplugged the device at night now.
