Google Nest Mini (2nd Generation)

I bought a 2nd generation nest mini about 6 months ago. It has been working very well until recently. Now, it does not respond to voice commands, ever show lights, appear in the Google Home app, or generally function at all. 

If I plug it into power, the four white dots will appear bright and then light up in the "loading rhythm" for about one minute. During this time, it doesn't make noise, register with Wi-Fi, or appear in my Google. Then, it goes back to nothing: no lights and no apparent way to activate it. 

I've tried doing the hard reset function where I mute and press the center, but that doesn't seem to work. 

What can I do to restore functionality to my device?

We have the same issue mine is also restarting/rebooting, can't recieve wifi connections

  • Could you please try to reboot your router?
  • Have you tried any reboots or resets to the Google Nest Mini itself?
  • What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?
