Google Nest Mini (2nd gen) reset problem

My Google Nest Mini (2nd gen) every once in a while does a factory reset and I have to configure it again...

Jorgemdp5, were you able to get in contact with our Support team? If not, let’s further look into this. How frequently does it reset? Do you get a notification in the Google Home app about your Google Nest Mini being removed? (Open the Google Home app > Tap the bell icon at the top right.) What is the firmware version of your Google Nest Mini device?
