Currently, Google Nest has stopped responding to my commands. Even though I can see 3 lights for Hey Google Wake Word, it's not answering my requests. Rebooting the device also didn't solve the problem.
I was able to set up the device successfully without any issues.
Any help on this will be much appreciated

What color is the LED status light on your device? -- White Light
Reset was successful, but after adding to the home, its the same issue as mentioned above

Hello there,
I appreciate your efforts. To further isolate the issue, please try setting up your device using a mobile hotspot. Please note that you will need two mobile devices for this setup (one will serve as a router and the other to be used to set up your Google Nest Mini). Let's see if your device will have the same behavior. Also, could you tell us when and where you purchased your device?
