Google Nest audio not responding to other family members

I recently upgraded one of our Google Home Mini's to a Nest Audio speaker.  The issue is that it only recognizes my voice.  Any time my wife or kids ask it something, it is either "unable to recognize your voice" or when they try to play music (we have family subscription to YouTube Music) they get "Sorry it looks like this account can't play videos on YouTube".  The rest of the speakers in the house still work perfectly fine.

Hi ThomsonT,

 

I’m sorry to hear about the trouble with your Google Nest Audio device. Let’s further look into it. In the Google Home app > Devices tab, do you see your Google Nest Audio device assigned in a room or under Other Cast/Local Devices? If the latter, tap on the Google Nest Audio device icon and then add it to a room.
