Hello,
I've 2 Google home speakers paired as stereo and connected to Google TV. All devices are connected to the same 5ghz WiFi. Range to rougher is around 2 meters. Google TV is connected to projector via HDMI.
So I can accept choopy sound. But I don't understand why both Google branded devices can't auto connect after relaunch. I've do it manually and after 2 minutes when I don't Play any video it's disconnected.
Anyway, what's ADB command to open paired Bluetooth devices to reconnect it. I used tvQuickActions to executie ADB commend from shortcut

Hi corass,
Thanks for reaching out. I know how it feels when something isn’t working as it should, so let’s get this resolved. To reconnect your speaker pair say "Ok Google'' or "Hey Google," then: "Connect to Bluetooth". For the Bluetooth disconnecting concern you can do a sequential reboot. First, unplug your Nest speakers for 30 seconds, then do the same thing to your Wi-Fi router to refresh both devices and your Wi-Fi signal. Then observe if this will make a difference.
Keep me posted.

Juni

Hi,
So I made the reset of:
It doesn't work. Still after power on Google TV paired speakers doesn't play sound - sound plays from projector connected via HDMI.
What's strange after ca. 5 seconds when Google TV home screen shows, a little notification coms on bottom of the screen 'disconnected: spikers name'.
So I'm still need a solution 🧐

Hey corass,
Thanks for trying. To confirm, does the same thing happen when your speaker is connected to a different device like phones or tablet?
Cheers,

Hi Muddi,
Sorry, but i don't see connection?
I made paring as it is written in Google support page. Paired speakers are visible as single speaker, sound goes thru them when paired.
Only issue is that Google TV don't auto connect after power on and sound from time to time is chopped when watching Video.

Hey corass,
I understand. The reason why I'm asking if it has the same issue when connected to other devices is for us to isolate the issue. Moving forward, are you using the paired speakers as an external speaker for your Google TV?
Cheers,
Muddi

Hi Muddi,
Yes I use them as external speakers

Hey corass,
My apologies for the delays. To confirm, have you tried to connect your speakers to other devices to see if they don't auto connect as well? Also, please note that we don't recommend using your Google Home Minis as an external speaker of any devices like TV's or Chromecast with Google TV. Especially when playing videos or movies. The Google Home/Nest devices is a stand-alone smart speaker and works best when paired with your Chromecast or Chromecast with Google TV, and include it on speaker group for playing your music, podcasts, and more.
Cheers,
Muddi

Yes,
Google home speakers (not mini) paired as stereo autoconnect to my phone.
As I made a routine to fire up projector and GH stereo, I've added Google assistant command 'connect to Bluetooth ' so it connects. But from time to time Google TV disconnect GH stereo randomly: for 10secods of idle, before video starts, just after video ends.
Additional when I've change from 5ghz to 2.4ghz WiFi, sound stops to be so choppy.
But still it isn't superb solutions and it doesn't work every time.
Reply for your last sentence: it's like a joke. Where on web or card box is it written?
From customer perspective: stereo GH speakers received signal via Bluetooth. Why it matters is it video stereo sound or music stereo sound?
