Google assistant wather/times

Google assistant keeps mixing AM and PM when asked about the weather, I ask if it is going to rain, and it responds that it is likely going to rain from 5 AM to a later time the following day.  All weather forecasts I can find, including on google, claim it will be begin to rain at a tiny 3% - 5% at 5 PM.  I've got a ton of lawn work to do today and lost my cool a bit when hearing that it will be raining all today and half of tomorrow...

PS:  The google assistant device I'm using is not listed... not like it should make that much of a difference since the google nest I've got in another room also gives the same advice.

A few questions: what Google Home or Google Nest speaker or display do you have? What's the exact command you're using in asking for the weather? Also, make sure your home and work address is correctly set up on your Google Home app.
