Google home mini 2nd gen has no sound

I have factory reset my google home mini speaker but it has no sound coming from it. I have tried changing the accessibility setting's. I have trained it to my voice.  But the speaker isn't producing sound.

Have you checked to ensure the volume is up on the mini speaker?
