Google home mini 4 lights white on. Blocked

Mi Google home mini de 1ra generación se queda encendido con 4 luces blancas.

Ya eh intentado restablecer a valores de fabrica y no pasa nada.

También eh quitado el cable 10 veces dejando encender la 4 luces y no pasa nada.

Eh escrito a Google y no me dan solución.
