Google home / nest home NOT working anymore

I have 5 or 6 google home mini and nest home mini devices. Some of them completely stopped working. When i alsk something, i can see it listens (lights) and nothing, after 45 seconds i recieve a beep-beep-sound and that is it. I did several factory resets, no result…can anyone help me? thanx

Thanks for reaching out and I'm sorry for this experience.

It seems like your Google Home Mini and Google Nest Mini devices are currently downloading a firmware update that is causing them to only recognize your commands but not respond to them. They should start responding after awhile. If you are still having issues, try doing a power cycle on your WiFi router and smart speakers for three to five minutes.

Until now, no solution. One extra nest mini not working…

After the second try it worked. All google home devices working as before… happy people here 🙂
