Google home speaker glitch

My Google home keeps telling me it's having glitches. It'll work after I unplug it for about 2 minutes and then it freezes back up that says it has a glitch again.

Yes my Google home and mini are all glitching

Chiming in to ensure everything is covered here. Try setting up your device using a mobile hotspot. Please note that you will need two mobile devices for this setup (one will serve as a router and the other to be used to set up your Google Home Mini). Once done, check if your device will have the same behavior.
