I use my google hub every morning to start my day. Now ot does not give me half of my routine. It will not start my radio from iTunes ( none of my google speakers will) it does not give me my commute to work any more, only tasks and calender events. Then it says it can not find or play anything else
I have restarted, re-entered the device. Checked voice recognition.
Not sure what to do next. Removed the morning routine, then re did it. Still didn't work
Amazon's system in my house is working fine
Can't seem to find the problem

Hi Niteshadow12,
Thanks for reaching out to our Community.
We're sorry to hear that you're experiencing that with your Google Nest speakers. I also appreciate all the effort in trying some steps before reaching out. Do you get any error message upon trying to edit or re-create a routine? Let's also make sure that the "Do not Disturb" option is also turned off. Here's how:
If all the settings are set, let's perform a complete reset to your Google Nest speaker and see if this would make any changes on its behavior. Here's how to perform a complete reset: Factory reset Google Nest or Home speakers or displays
Let me know if these steps work.
Best,
Princess

Hi Niteshadow12,
Thanks for the update. Glad to know that it's already working on your end.
Regarding your morning routine, could you try to ask your speaker "OK Google, How long is my commute from home to <destination>?". Let's check first if your speaker will respond to this command.
Let me know how it goes.

Princess

By asking the display 'hey google, how long is my commute from home to work? The response I get is to referring me to an article on "The Dreaded Commute" LOL
When I ask is specifically " hey google, how long will it take me to get to work?" It does respond properly with the route that is best at that time .
So that action, isn't working at all in the routine.

Hi Niteshadow12,
Thanks for responding. Have you tried making a customized routine that includes that info? Let's try creating one and see how it goes.
