How is the wifi signal at your minis location? Can you try to (temporarily) relocate them to see if it's a signal issue?

Thanks for the help , The minis are very close to the router , one is in the same room as it and the other one is the the room right above it .

Okay , do you know if ipv6 is enabled on your router? If so, please try disabling it and see if that does the trick.

Hey Kar23,

Thanks for bringing this up. I appreciate @Ashepherdson foe helping here.

My apologies for the late response. I know how hard it is not having a working device when needed. I'd love to help! Please follow these steps below that may help us fix the issue.

  1. Make sure that your Google Home Mini is within 15-20 ft. away from the router to get enough signal from your network.
  2. Reboot your Google Home Mini and router by disconnecting them from the power source and leave them unplugged for 1 minute. Once done, plug them back one at a time with intervals.
  3. If it's still the same, reset your device. On the bottom of Home Mini, press and hold the factory reset button located below the power cord. Look for a circle etched into the base. After 5 seconds, your device will begin the factory reset process. Continue to hold for about 10 seconds more, until a sound confirms that the device is resetting.

Let us know how it goes.

Cheers,

Muddi

Hey Kar23,

My apologies for the delays. We appreciate your efforts. To eliminate network issues, please try setting up your device using a mobile hotspot. Please note that you will need two mobile devices for this setup (one will serve as a router and the other to be used to set up your Google Nest Mini). Once done, check if your device will have the same behavior.

Keep us posted.
