Google mini 2nd Gen (the option for 2nd gen is not available on product list label) won’t start after plugging it in , the lights come up for a few seconds then doesn’t work after that as well as that before it stopped working it kept making cracking and popping noises even after I followed the steps provided to help fix it

We hope you were able to get the help you need but if you're still having trouble, please reboot your Nest Mini and make sure it is plugged in correctly into a working power outlet. Resetting it might also help.

If the issue persists, feel free to submit another post and provide as many details as possible so that others can lend a hand.
