Google mini (2nd Gen) when ask for task it keep on saying cant do it from here but can play from 1 of your other devices

Sorry to know about your Google Nest Mini, but thanks for bringing this up. A few questions - when did the issue start? How often does it happen? How far is your device from the router?

Below are the steps that you can try:

1. Move your Google Nest Mini within 15-20 ft. away from the router to get enough signal from your network.
2. Reboot your Google Nest Mini and router by disconnecting them from the power source and leave them unplugged for 1 minute. Once done, plug them back one at a time with intervals.
3. Check if your device will have the same behavior.
