Google nest audio wont turn on

Hey.

i recently came back from vacation where my google home has been turned off, once i got home to turn it on, it didn’t turn on. The lights doesn’t blink or anything.

I’ve tried plugging it in and out 10 times with no luck.

so I dont know what to do now???

Are you using the original power supply and adapter it came with? Is it securely connected to the power input on the device, with no signs of wear or damage? Have you tried a different power outlet?

Hey David

The charger I’ve been using is the original which came with the device. The power oultet is working and the charger is totally plugged in and I’ve tried using 4 different power outlets with no luck.

I guess it is possible the power cable or adapter has gone faulty. 

1. Go to Contact Us - Google Nest Help
2. Select an appropriate product or category, type a brief description of the issue, then click Next.
3. Click Other, then click Next step.
4. In the Resources section, click Next step.
5. Choose to get a phone call, call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.

I’ve just sent a mail to the team in my country and are waiting on an answer on how to move forward
