Google nest doesn't add items to shopping list showing a recipe instead

When I ask to Google nest to add an item to a shopping list, it shows me a recipe instead. 

I use Italian language and since a few days ago it was working properly. I saw a similar post for Dutch language marked as solved but I still have this problem for Italian language.
