I had my router changed out by bell aliant. I have factory reset goggle nest hub. I have both hub and cell on the same bandwidth of 5 hertz. I have the router 15 feet away in open area of hub.

It was a Christmas gift last Christmas so it's not old and hasn't been moved since it was set up.
I set up hub then within a few minutes to few hours it loses wifi again and it needs to be all set up again over and over.
I have called my provider the day I have great signal and on a non busy bandwidth.
It often looks like it's working then if I ask a question immediately it changes screen and says not connected to wifi check..... blah blah!
I'm so tired of seeing up this device.
Please can someone help me...

Hey there,

Sorry for the late response, but I wanted to drop in here to help.

I understand that wifi issues with your Nest Hub can be confusing but I definitely wanted to stop by and see how I could help.

Just wanted to double check to see if you were still needing help on this? If so, what troubleshooting steps have you tried?

Please let me know.

Best regards,

Garrett DS
