Google nest hub max and sling tv problem

All of a sudden about two weeks ago both my hub maxs cannot play sling tv no more. It’s just a black screen with the sling logo and can’t find it. For a few days it said I needed a premium subscription. Now it’s back to black screen with just the logo. Sometimes it says “sorry something went wrong when your ready give it another try” this message displays in white.”cannot read properties of then undefined (reading ‘url)

We're sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with your Sling TV and Google Nest Hub Max. As a comparison, have you already tried testing out other TV or video providers? Also, what's the distance between your Google Nest Hub Max and your router? Let's go ahead and try these steps first:

 

  • Try moving your Google Nest Hub Max closer to the router
  • Check other TV or video providers and see if you'll get the same results
  • Reboot your network-- unplug your router from the power source for at least a few minutes and plug it back in.
