Google nest hub screen burn.

The screen from my google nest hub has started to show some horizontal green stripes everytime it gets activated (lights, voice commands, touch)

Does anybody else have had this issue and know how to fix it ?

A few questions: when did the behavior start? Was the device dropped or knocked over? Also, where and when did you purchase your Google Nest Hub? Could you try resetting your Nest Hub and let us know if that helps?

hello!

it started like a month or so. I didn’t really pay much attention because I thought it needed to update or something. But the horizontal green lines started to increased. 
the devices has always been plugged on my nightstand and never been dropped. 
I tried resetting it and rebooting it according to what I was told by the google customer service / help desk through  Facebook messenger.

I do not remember exactly when I bought it but it was around may-June of last year.
