Google nest hub stuck on grey screen with g, factory reset has not helped

My nest is stuck on the G symbol. I have tried factory reset and it’s not helping.

Mine too. Even tried leaving it unplugged overnight before resetting, and still nothing. It seems like it's been bricked, which is super disappointing.

Mine has been like this for the last month, I’ve tried factory resetting it once a week after leaving it unplugged send nothing is helping.
