So I bought a google nest max hub. I set it up and it worked! Yay! For 2 days.. then it glitched everytime I asked a question. So I switched it on and off but it still didn’t work. Checked my internet (perfect as we have a few systems on it) so I thought I would reset factory settings. Big mistake as I could NOT get back on as it said it was still connected to a previous owner. Help desk signed in as me and said everything was right on my account. But no I couldn’t get in. They said leave it switched on for 3 days and see if they could reset it?? But there you go it did reset after 3 days.
Was a sold a refurbished google max??
It looks like it was so I will investigate further with fair tradings. Anyway! I diverse - I got back on (yay) after 5 hours it glitches again and then the camera goes away and will not come on. I am frustrated talking to customer service as I think they just try and keep you on the chat and do nothing so you end up wasting a hour and give up! In 40 minutes she hadn’t suggested anything but kept disappearing for 7 or so minutes between chat. All I want is this google max replaced as I believe I was sold a refurbished item that does not work. How google can allow this I have no idea. What do I do next?
