Did you also try holding the reset button for 10 seconds to do a factory reset? 😊

AlfieWolfe, I'm checking in to see if you still need help. Have you had the chance to try the suggestion above? Also, are you using the official power cord that came with your Google Home Mini device? Have you tried plugging it in a different wall outlet?
