Hey Brentkremer,

Thanks for reaching out. I appreciate RXShorty's help here. Sorry to hear that your Google Nest Hub is stuck on the old firmware version. Could you tell us which Google Nest Hub you have (1st, 2nd gen, Nest Hub Max)? Also, please check the current system firmware version of your device so we can confirm.

Here's a link that might be helpful to you: Google speaker and display firmware versions and release notes

Cheers,

Hi there,

Thanks for the added information. What country are you located in? Also, looking at the cast firmware version of your device, I can say that it has the latest firmware version. Also, please note that firmware updates are applied automatically. Just make sure that your Nest Hub is connected and receive enough signal from your network.

Cheers,

Muddi

My country is the Netherlands

Hi @Brentkremer

I am also located in the Netherlands.

What is outdated on the firmware?
Are you missing the App Drawer? If so, it's a US function only.

Okay thanks for the reply and for your time

but when will they add it to the Netherlands

Hi @Brentkremer

Sorry, I don't have a roadmap for this. Also, nothing has been announced.
If I am correct, there is a workaround by switching your Hub to US/English.

Would you please explain to me how
