Havent been able to connect to app or wifi

I've attempted resetting my wifi factory reset on 2 2nd generation nest mini and still prompted with the same error thru the Google home app "password was entered incorrectly" I've called my internet provider to verify that my password was correct and that the devices haven't been blacklisted thru my router/service provider. Just wanna be able to listen to music at home again any help is greatly appreciated.
