Having trouble reconnecting my nest mini to google home app

I couldn't use my nest mini speaker even after rebooting it. I've tried so many times already. It says connected but I couldn't use it because it says I need to update my Google Home App. But how can I update it if it's already updated?! Dont know what's the prob. Please is there anyone who knows how to troubleshoot?

The next thing I'd recommend is to factory reset it:
