Hi, my nest mini has stopped playing Spotify from my phone.

It used to play Spotify from my iPhone, but it says unavailable when I try now. I’ve tried unplugging it for a few minutes, it is definitely on, and Bluetooth is on ( I’ve tried turning that off and on too…). 
help!

Hi Dalia37,

This is not the experience we want you to have, let me help you. A few questions: which Nest speakers are we working with? When did your issue begin? Were there any recent changes made? What phone are you using?

It would help a lot if you could do a sequential reboot first: 

1. Unplug the power cord of your router, followed by your Nest speakers.
2. Plug them back in after 3 minutes.
3. Restarting your phone might also help.

Once done, give a voice command to your Nest Mini to play a song from Spotify or any other music services or radio if it works
