Home Hub won’t play hit fm 101.3

My home hub all of a sudden stopped playing hit fm 101.3 if I asked for it instead loading up search results. 
but if my partner asked it would work and play, so we did a factory reset and now for neither of us will it play. 
but if a radio station is on Tunedin it will play.

I have the google mini but experiencing the same issue of not being able to get 101.3; I also can't get 107.7 however was fine up until late last week. It just says "sorry I can't do that here..."

We're sorry to hear that you're experiencing this with your Google Nest speakers. A few questions we'd like to ask-- when did the issue start to happen? Could you please tell us what's the exact command that you have used? Also, aside from are there any other stations that you're having issues with? What about other radio services?

We'd love to know more of it so we can start some steps that might resolve this.
