My home max has stopped working and it will not even reboot. I have disconnected from the power and reconnected it and the lights come on for about 1 minute and then go off. When I press the reboot button and hold for 15 seconds nothing happens. Any advice would be appreciated.

Mine started that today. I have no idea what's going. I did the same steps as you with the same results. The only indicator that it is at least is getting power is the light next to the reset button. Have you received any feedback yet?

I've been in contact with Google and tried a few suggestions from them however nothing worked. They have no further suggestions and as my max is out of warranty they won't replace it.

Thanks for the response. I guess we are out of luck on this one. Disappointed as this was a costly purchase which is now an oversized paper weight.
