Home Mini has gone mute.

My Google Home Mini has been working well for me, but it recently stopped making sound.  I can issue commands to it and it will turn on lights and other things, but no sound comes from the speaker.  Its not muted, I have rebooted it several times, and I even did a factory reset.  I'm assuming the speaker portion is now dead, but wanted to see if there might be something I can still try?

I’m sorry to hear about the trouble you’re experiencing with your Google Home Mini device. Let’s further look into it. I just wanted to confirm, is this how you did the factory reset? Have you tried casting or pairing your phone to it via Bluetooth to play music? Does it play music?

That is how i reset the mini.  Though there was no sound to wait for, I waited for the lights to go orange on all 4 then released.  It removed itself from my HOME and I can re-add it.  It seems to work in every way other than it has no sound output.
