Recently I've noticed that the touch control is triggering the Home routine around 4am when no one is home. It occurs every day from what I can tell. Then 4 hours later it goes back to away activity.
No one is in the home when it occurs.

Hi wps5006,
This is not the experience we want you to have, let me help you. A few questions: which Nest speakers are we working with? When did your issue begin? Were there any recent changes made? Is there an error message?
It would help a lot if you could do a sequential reboot first:
Once done, see this guide about steps in managing your Home and Away routines
Tell me how it goes.
Best,
Dan

The Nest Hub Max display.
The issue began right after install. No error message just that the display seems to think someone is touching the screen at 4am then no one is home. It causes the presence sensing to think I'm home when actually not and turns off the way routine.
Had rebooted as well.

Hey there wps5006,
Got it! It would seem a factory reset is needed to revert your Nest Hub Max to its default and original settings. Here’s how:
Keep me posted.

Dan
